About Us:
Talent Twist was born in 2021, our vision was to create a world where businesses of all sizes could have access to the full 360 recruitment model. A created a twist to the typical recruitment model which allows businesses to build and grow strong performing teams whilst keeping a close eye on that bottom line.

We began life specialising in the hospitality industry but as we grew, branched into multiple industries to offer the same slick affordable model to businesses now in Supply Chain & food and beverage manufacturing. Our plan is not to stop here, as we carry on growing we aim to break into new industries to offer the same cost effective model.

We work with well established global giants to single site independent operators. Due to the carefully crafted fee structure, we become the additional arm to any recruitment team for businesses of any size.

To ensure we are recruiting the correct team in the right departments to maximise growth and performance, we offer free "Operational Structure Reviews" where we dive into the set up of your team. To ensure candidates receive the very best experience we also offer "Recruitment Process Reviews". Both offerings come at no additional cost when terms are signed with us.
Our Model:
We have carefully created a model which allows you to grow your teams whilst keeping a close eye on that bottom line. Waving goodbye to the typically high agency percentages and fees, we operate a tiered fixed fee structure which allows you to budget and monitor your recruitment expenditure closely. Below we have outlined out structure;

It's that simple. No hidden fees or percentages on placement. One manageable fixed fee.
All placements come with a 3 month retention period and as standard, no placement, no fee. If a candidate does not complete their retention period (on a capability basis only) then we will replace that candidate at no extra cost. Further details can be found in our terms.
